Club-hopping footballer Jermaine Pennant had spells at Notts County, Arsenal, Birmingham City and Liverpool before heading to Real Zaragoza in Spain so we could forgive him if he got a little confused at times.
In January 2011, the winger had left Spain for a spell back in the Premier League with Stoke City but the Spanish newspaper Marca reported that he'd left something behind. What appeared to be Jermaine Pennant's Porsche 911 Turbo, complete with P33NNT number plate, had been sitting in the car park of a Spanish Railway station for five months.
The report said that Real Zaragoza officials contacted Pennant to remind him about his car but he said had no recollection of owning it. Pennant later laughed this off saying he didn't forget about the car. He sent a friend to collect it and the personalised plate was transferred to his Ferrari in the UK.
